The UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum is seeking applications for our new exhibition series – Suspended at the UMLAUF. This series complements our gallery and garden exhibitions by featuring a single artist’s sculptural work to be suspended in the center of the octagonal Roberta Crenshaw Room. The jury will select three artists who will exhibit consecutively: from June-August 2025, September-December 2025, and January 2025-March 2026.
Operating as both a public and private event space, the Crenshaw Room is dedicated to the philanthropist and former Chair of the Austin Parks Board, Roberta Crenshaw. Suspended creates a dynamic and immersive experience for all visitors to the UMLAUF. The theme of Suspended is open and we encourage artists to submit works that bring a unique perspective to the UMLAUF. UMLAUF Staff will judge the applications.
There is no cost to apply to Suspended. To submit your work for consideration, please fill out this form.
