He was always concerned about bringing together the arts community and just in the last few months was responsible for recruiting the artists who will be participating in the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum’s upcoming inaugural Umlaufaloopa celebration—an event which would not have been possible without Damian’s involvement. Let’s Move! is a comprehensive initiative, launched by the First Lady Michelle Obama, dedicated to solving the problem of obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams. There are an estimated 17,500 museums in the US which collectively host at least 850 million visits each year. Through the Let’s Move! Museums & Gardens initiative, museums, zoos, public gardens, historic sites and science and technology centers can join the call to action!
