Event Rates

Our private event rentals WILL be updated in during the spring of 2013.  We will of course honor the rates at the time of your contract, regardless of your event date.  Our rates for private events (including weddings) are listed below.  We can pro-rate between the listed packages on most evenings.

If you are interested in booking the Umlauf for a non-profit event or a memorial service, please see the right side of the page and click on the appropriate tab.

The Umlauf is available for events every evening of the week, Saturday and Sunday mornings, and during working hours on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please note that our facility is not available for events during our public museum hours.

Private Event Rates

Deposit:  $500 (to be refunded post-event if the facility is left at it was found)

*For seven hour rentals, the hours are 4PM – 11PM.  All other packages have flexible timing.

All but the smallest events (15 or fewer people) require the presence of a security officer (we use APD).  The officer will be here to help direct parking to our overflow lot, stop traffic so guests can cross safely, and man the gate so that the general public doesn’t assume that an open gate = open museum.  His fee is $50/hour, and he has a $200 minimum.  This fee is payable directly to the security officer, but coordinated by the Umlauf.
