Outdoor Pavilion
The outdoor pavilion can seat up to 200 (or 230 if you extend a bit beyond the built-in benches) for a ceremony, performance, service, or even a dance floor. Most people keep decoration to a minimum, leaving the beautiful pond, greenery, and sculpture as backdrop. We love seeing how creative people get when decorating the metal trellis structure, though!

Covered Terrace and Adjacent Lawn
The covered terrace can fit up to 200 people seated in rows (it’s a beautiful option for ceremonies, too!), or 100-120 seated around tables. Larger groups also set up tables on the lawn, and combined the capacity for a seated meal is 250. Standing cocktail receptions can go even higher. One end of the terrace is uncovered, and looks out over a small waterfall and majestic oak tree. It’s the most common choice for a dance-floor.
