Celebrity Seeds

The most unique aspect of the Umlauf Garden Party is the Celebrity Seeds Auction. Local artists and celebrities decorate terra cotta pots, which are then filled with all sorts of goodies and/or plants to make small container gardens.

Silent Auction

A favorite part of the Umlauf Garden Party each year is the Silent Auction, which features items and services donated from local artists and businesses. The Silent Auction has something for everyone, from works of art to spa certificates to short vacations. One year’s auction even featured a young bull calf! 2011 hot auction items included a personal voicemail message recorded by Willie Nelson and the Texas Legends Autographed Guitar.
